1. Access your account via the “My Account” link at the top of the page, then click on “Orders” on the left-hand side.
    • Alternatively, you could go straight to Orders, (log in if necessary).
  2. Select the relevant order by clicking on its number, or by clicking “View”.
  3. Your login credentials are under “Order Updates”. (If you’ve had an auto-renewing subscription for a while, your login credentials will be found in the “parent” order’s order updates. i.e. The order that started the subscription.)

No worries. You’ll still be able to use our service; it just won’t auto-renew at the end of the period for which you’ve paid.
When it ends, you can just purchase again if you’d like.

We can change it for you but, if you can, we recommend waiting until the day in the next month that corresponds with the day on which your service began. (i.e. If your service began on the 25th of Month A, we recommend waiting until the 25th of any proceeding month to change your service).

Time on subscriptions is applied in chunks of 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12 months; if you switch too soon, you may be shorted a few days/weeks. If you absolutely cannot wait, and don’t mind potentially losing time on your subscription, we can move ahead with switching you over as soon as possible.

Before we make the change, we recommend cancelling your subscription, so it’s not renewed with the old information.

*Please note: Cancelling a subscription simply means that subscription won’t auto-renew at the end of your billing cycle. You will still be able to use our service until the end of your billing cycle.

In the end, you get the same service. It’s just that, in our system, MAG and Kodi are separate because of how they gain access to our system:

  • MAG uses MAC addresses + a portal URL (s1.watchu.tv OR 88888.se:8000/c/)
  • Kodi uses our add-on + a username & password that’s provided by us.

Because of these differences, they are not 100% interchangeable, depending on the device(s) you have; only on devices that run Android, do you have the option to use either.

For your Smart TV/Fire Stick to run Kodi or an STB Emulator, it will need to be Linux-/Android-based and/or have access to the Google Play Store. If you know/believe it can run Android apps, please place an order through the Free Trial page on our website, which will enable you to test it. The activation process can take up to 24 hours. Otherwise, you may need an Android box.

To try our service please place an order through the Free Trial page on our website.
When doing so, please ensure to select the correct device: Set top box (MAG, Android) or Kodi).
The activation process can take up to 24 hours (but is often done within 6 hours). Upon activation of the trial, you will receive instructions on how to get setup.
Please note that the trial period lasts for 24 hours immediately following activation; it is recommended that you order your trial on a day when you have time to use it.

Basically, you’d purchase reseller packages from the Reseller Credits page. Once your order’s been processed, you’ll get a reseller panel (and login) loaded with the credits you’ve purchased.

You’ll use those credits to sell service to others. Each credit = 1 month. If you purchase 25 credits, you can sell 25 months of service across all your subscribers.

To add a subscriber, you’d simply go into your panel and add a MAG device or Kodi line (they’re simple forms).
For Kodi, you’ll have to give the subscriber a username and password. MAGs just use MAC addresses.

You cannot give your own trials, nor can you create your own resellers.

There are 6 common reasons why your “login” may not work:

  • You got a MAG subscription, but are using Kodi
  • You gave us the incorrect MAC address
  • You’re using the incorrect Kodi login
  • You’re using your LiteIPTV.com account credentials
  • Your order is still being processed

You got a MAG subscription/trial, but are using Kodi

MAG devices don’t require usernames and passwords; we use the MAC address you provided to give your device (usually an Android device + STB Emulator, or a MAG box) access to our system. Please follow this link, and look under “STB/MAG/ANDROID DEVICE“, for instructions on how to get set up: https://liteiptv.com/liteiptv_readme.txt.
If you had meant to purchase a Kodi subscription, instead of a MAG subscription, we can help you sort that out.

You got a Kodi subscription/trial, but are using MAG

If you had meant to purchase a MAG subscription, instead of a Kodi subscription, we can help you sort that out.

You gave us the incorrect MAC address

Please ensure you give us the correct MAC address; you won’t be able to access our services if you give us an incorrect MAC address.

You’re using the incorrect Kodi login

When your subscription has expired and/or you’ve purchased a new subscription, you are issued a new username and password. Please make sure you wipe Kodi’s cache, then use your new credentials to log in; you can find them by checking your email and/or the notes under the relevant order.

You’re using your LiteIPTV.com account credentials

The credentials for the site, and your Kodi credentials are completely different. We issue your Kodi credentials based on your order number, email address, and a random string of digits; they are emailed to you upon completion of your order. You can also find your credentials by viewing the notes made under the order in question.

Your order is still being processed

This is particularly specific to cases where you previously made an order with us (for a trial or a subscription), then made another order to get it renewed or extended. Order processing is not immediate, and may–although rare–take up to 24 hours, so please be patient.

We have a few questions that may help you solve the problem:

  1. Did you give us the correct MAC address?
  2. Are you using a firewall, proxy or VPN? If so, our servers won’t allow you to connect.
  3. Is your Internet speed at the recommended minimum—16 Mbps; 30 Mbps for HD channels—or higher?
  4. Is your device wired in (Ethernet), or is it connected wirelessly (WiFi or mobile data)? Ethernet will always be faster and more stable; use Ethernet, if you can.
  5. Are your device’s specs powerful enough to effortlessly handle live HD streaming?
  6. If you’re using an STB emulator, did you follow the steps in our guide, Setup Android STB Emulator for LiteIPTV, when getting setup?
  7. If you’re using an STB emulator, have you tried wiping your app’s cache, then restarting your device?
  8. If you’re using a MAG box, have you tried restarting your device?
  9. If you’re using an Android device/MAG box, have you tried logging out, then factory resetting your device?
  10. Have you double-checked the server portals? They should be:
    • Server Portal #1- http://s1.welcm.tv
      Server Portal #2- http://server.welcm.tv/c/

If it also happens you’re using a trial—as it states under “Description” on the Free Trial page on our website, the trial is limited:

  • The server might not allow you to connect if you are using a firewall, proxy or VPN
  • Trial account is limited and you can’t re-stream channels
  • Trial account is usable for 24 hours and it will start as soon as you receive the email

There are basically two IPTV systems through which content is broadcast to you. The technology can broadcast live content to several people at once, or provide video-on-demand service to a single subscriber. It works via a set-top box system, among other things.

IPTV offers a cost-effective way of accessing over a thousand channels. In comparison to local cable TV providers, IPTV is less expensive and does not come with additional costs of buying and installing dishes and antennas. It gives you access to your favorite TV channels from your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Unlike traditional cable TV, IPTV allows you to stream live TV in HD, even when you are traveling (provided your connection is fast and stable).

Our IPTV streams use the latest H.264 technology, offering the best compression and quality.

The IPTV stream sizes are roughly 8 Mbits. However, when changing channels, the H.264 protocol may briefly “bounce” slightly higher to begin showing the picture; this is why a 16-Mbit, minimum, Internet connection speed is required for SD channels and 30-Mbit for HD channels.

IPTV means “Internet Protocol Television”.

“From a TV watcher’s point of view, IPTV is very simple: instead of receiving TV programs as broadcast signals that enter your home from a rooftop antenna, satellite dish, or fiber-optic cable, you get them streamed (downloaded and played almost simultaneously) through your Internet connection. You watch the program either on your computer or with a set-top box (a kind of adapter that fits between your Internet connection and your existing television receiver, decoding incoming signals so your TV can display Internet programs).”
