There are 6 common reasons why your “login” may not work:

  • You got a MAG subscription, but are using Kodi
  • You gave us the incorrect MAC address
  • You’re using the incorrect Kodi login
  • You’re using your LiteIPTV.com account credentials
  • Your order is still being processed

You got a MAG subscription/trial, but are using Kodi

MAG devices don’t require usernames and passwords; we use the MAC address you provided to give your device (usually an Android device + STB Emulator, or a MAG box) access to our system. Please follow this link, and look under “STB/MAG/ANDROID DEVICE“, for instructions on how to get set up: https://liteiptv.com/liteiptv_readme.txt.

You got a Kodi subscription/trial, but are using MAG

If you had meant to purchase a MAG subscription, instead of a Kodi subscription, we can help you sort that out.

You gave us the incorrect MAC address

Please ensure you give us the correct MAC address; you won’t be able to access our services if you give us an incorrect MAC address.

You’re using the incorrect Kodi login

When your subscription has expired and/or you’ve purchased a new subscription, you are issued a new username and password. Please make sure you wipe Kodi’s cache, then use your new credentials to log in; you can find them by checking your email and/or the notes under the relevant order.

You’re using your LiteIPTV.com account credentials

The credentials for the site, and your Kodi credentials are completely different. We issue your Kodi credentials based on your order number, email address, and a random string of digits; they are emailed to you upon completion of your order. You can also find your credentials by viewing the notes made under the order in question.

Your order is still being processed

This is particularly specific to cases where you previously made an order with us (for a trial or a subscription), then made another order to get it renewed or extended. Order processing is not immediate, and may–although rare–take up to 24 hours, so please be patient.
