We can change it for you but, if you can, we recommend waiting until the day in the next month that corresponds with the day on which your service began. (i.e. If your service began on the 25th of Month A, we recommend waiting until the 25th of any proceeding month to change your service).
Time on subscriptions is applied in chunks of 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12 months; if you switch too soon, you may be shorted a few days/weeks. If you absolutely cannot wait, and don’t mind potentially losing time on your subscription, we can move ahead with switching you over as soon as possible.
Before we make the change, we recommend cancelling your subscription, so it’s not renewed with the old information.
*Please note: Cancelling a subscription simply means that subscription won’t auto-renew at the end of your billing cycle. You will still be able to use our service until the end of your billing cycle.
